I won these off a mechanic in a bar bet years ago. The guy said they were from the original Space Marine game but I'm not sure I believe him.
Anyone know what they are?
They appear to be morons with one eye and space bazookas
I doubt they're Citadel -- the pre-slotta sci fi minis they did in the early 80s were not this lumpy and flat, and had rounder bases. The "Lost Minis Wiki" is down right now but if it were up I'd be looking at Archive and maybe Asgard's "Large Sadistic Demon" line.
They look like 15mm to me due to detail. Starguard was 25mm line wasn't it? I could be wrong. There was a RalPartha game with 15mm and a Grenadier one as well but don't know if itks either (one might have even been called Space Marine).
My first guess would have been Starguard as well. Damned if they don't seem familiar to me, though. I'll dig around in my old stuff in storage to see if have any similar to them.
These look similar to the Stan Johansen "Hiss" Aliens for the Space Marines game published by Fantasy Flight Games. Stan Johansen still makes miniatures, so you can ask him.

I'm Zak, I live in Los Angeles. Most of the people I know here are women I know from being a porn "actor"--so they're porn stars and strippers. So that's who I play Dungeons & Dragons with.

What scale are they? They do not look like any of the early GW Warhammer 40K miniatures. Are they metal or plastic ?

My money would be on early Starguard, from McEwan Miniatures. He's still in business if you wanted to ask him:

lead. typical late-70s scale. They are definitely not GW, but there were things called Space Marines in minis games before Warhammer.

What was the bet?
It involved accurately predicting the future actions of a young woman with whom we wee both recently acquainted.
Lost Mini's Wiki is a very worthwhile resource. +1
I asked the Starguard guy, he says no.
However, he does have a pretty cool selection of historical and retro-sci-fi minis
A friend of mine had these minis. I don't remember what they were called. Sadly, he's not around to answer the question.

By Fantasy Flight, I mean Fantasy Games Unlimited. Ugh.
