A lot of people are curious about how the tarot card mechanic for Demon City works in play and how the game feels at the table in general. Luckily the guys at the Red Moon Roleplaying podcast have invited me on to their show to run a game for them, so it's a good example.
After a brief, spoooky intro by the Red Moons, we get right into it...
So if you're interested, have a listen. We had so much fun we went on for like 4 hours, so I think the podcast is going to be cut up into a few different episodes.
Anyway--there's only a few more days left in the Kickstarter, so if you're interested and want a copy--jump on.
I'm thinking about Linda Tirado.

I'm thinking about the USA election, and I'm thinking about Ukraine, and
I'm remembering how the "Berkut" snipers shot journalists in Kyiv in 2013,

I thought that was a great episode of actual play!
I've listened to a few of their Kult games and their interviews with Kult creators and have enjoyed them more than most 'actual play' podcasts and I look forward to the rest of the Demon City game recording they release.
I hope this creates a last surge of Kickstarter support for Demon City!

So.. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who asked about this, but I specifically did, and I want to say thanks, Zak. Can't wait for my copy of Maze to get here. I'm running R&PL tomorrow for my IRL group.
Is the dice hack something like 1/2 d10 depending on beating the target number, and possibly a dX to determine cups, etc. when applicable? I was getting Silent Hill vibes from the grate. Real creepy man.
I really want to hear the rest of the adventure, so I hope they get it posted sooner than later. While it didn't quite end abruptly, it felt like it didn't end on the proper note...so I am looking forward to more of the podcast.
@Osskorrei
Thanks!

The dice hack is very simple--instead of taking a bunch of cards, you roll a bunch of d10s. The game was all d10 based for the first half to 2/3rds of playtesting anyway so its not a stretch. The "extra cards" in the dice hack can easily be written down as rewards.

Oh there's much more afterward, and it shows off how it works in a fight
