Thanks. I've been thinking about fonts. They're a lot harder to come by than other DIY components.

Just in case you haven't seen this: http://www.yourfonts.com/ is an online font generator that will turn a scan of your font into a TTF. They charge ten bucks these days (it was free for a while, darn it) but you only have to pay if you're happy with the output. I used it when it was still free, and it did a pretty good job.
