I have no idea as to whether or not that blonde is you, your girlfriend, best friend, a random stranger, a kidnap victim, or whatever, but I think I'm in love. Punk rock and a gamer? This gutter punk is SOLD!
I am absent a "painter" friend, which is sad. I don't have the patience or interest to paint an army of minis & am thus a total fan of the prepainted plastics that WotC makes-- even though I run my High Weird Science Fantasy setting using the World of Darkness rules, I still use the DnD minis (with a smattering of Star Wars minis). They are just fun. BUT. When I have a friend/player/GM around who has the painting supplies etc, I do enjoy making a PC mini-- now I'm left gluing & nail-polishing plastics.
Beautiful! I was just ponderng whether we like to create characters that are just extensions of ourselves, like avatars, or do we tend to go for the opposite end of the spectrum? I'm 5'2" and my first character was a 9ft centaur with supermassive strength, guess I fall into the latter category.
Distraction successful. Although I look forward to insights on wrangling newer-type players, great ideas for sandbox play, and off-the-cuff DMing that is anything but arbitrary, pics of porn actresses playing D&D are just as good.

ReplyDeleteGood find on the Chaos Mandy fig. Old Citadel, from back when they did the Elric minis?
And we'll bitch about the lack of posting the day we pay your salary, not before. ;)

ReplyDeleteI'm curious: is the pink-mohawked mini a custom job, or was it sculpted that way?

ReplyDeleteZak, I love your blog, but like Chris says above, you don't owe us anything. Post as you like.
ReplyDeleteI like Mandy's batgirl outfit, does it have a cape?
A picture that combines Mandy and DC Comics? Consider me distracted. ;)
ReplyDeleteWell. I am sold. Not sure on what yet, but this has my attention.
ReplyDeleteEither Mandy got extensions or that batpic is way old.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, I'm thinking your campaign is in need of some serious Steampunk. :)
